Project key points

 

  • Demolition of three separate school buildings with the existing hydrotherapy swimming pool remaining live for the duration of the project

  • Groundworks including the installation of 2000m of 1.2m diameter stormwater attenuation pipes, four attenuation tanks, two rainwater harvesting tanks and a petrol interceptor 

  • Fast track rc frame programme with the frame on the UCL building reaching six stories in just four months
